Aim of the project
- 전자의무기록, 자발적 보고자료 등 의료 빅데이터를 통합 분석하여 알려지지 않은 약물-약물 부작용 관계에 대한 유의미한 시그널 탐지
- 전자의무기록 내 환자 임상정보와 진단, 처방, 검사정보 등을 활용하여 머신러닝 기반의 환자 맞춤형 약물 부작용 예측 모델 개발
Methods
- 의료 빅데이터 내 약물 처방 패턴 파악 및 타겟 약물 노출/비노출 그룹에서의 약물 부작용 발생률 분석
- 공통데이터모델(Common Data Model, CDM) 형태의 전자의무기록 활용하여 임상 시나리오 기반의 약물 부작용 별 outcome 정의

Aim of the project
- SNS를 이용한 약물의 알려진 부작용, 알려지지 않은 부작용, 적응증 등 약물 정보를 포함하는 데이터 확보 방안을 마련하고자 함
- SNS를 이용한 약물감시의 표준 분석 파이프라인을 구축하고자 함
Methods
- 다양한 소셜 채널을 통한 약물 데이터 수집
- 표준화된 데이터베이스(SIDER, WHO-ART 등) 및 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용한 다양한 용어세트 정의
- 데이터 패턴 분석 결과 해석 및 이에 대한 약물 안전성 검증 연구

Aim of the project
- 약물 재창출 : 기존에 존재하는 약물에 새로운 의미를 발견해 약물에 새로운 적응증을 찾아내 약물의 용도를 변경하는 방법
- 연구 문헌 등을 활용하여 약물재창출을 위한 방법론과 활용가능한 데이터셋을 연구하고자 함
Methods
- Network-based approaches - 약리학적, 유전적, 임상적 데이터소스를 통합하여 약물, 질병, 유전자 등의 관계 탐지
- Text-mining approaches - 텍스트 데이터를 통해 문헌에서 유사한 약물, 질병에 대해 식별하는 등 약물과 질병 사이의 연관성 예측
- Semantic-based approaches - 대규모 의료 데이터베이스에서 추출한 사전 정보에, 기존 온톨로지 네트워크 기반의 사전정보를 추가한 Semantic-Network를 구축해 약물과 질병의 연관성 예측
- Machine-Learning based approaches - 약물과 질병의 다양한 특징에 따라 훈련된 머신러닝 모델을 바탕으로 약물과 질병의 연관성 예측
